Founder

Tim is a real estate expert with a background in construction, real estate law, and brokerage. He worked full time in foreclsure law firms while obtaining a business law degree. He later earned an MBA. Tim has renovated over 100 homes and sold over $100M in real estate and created then liquidated a rental portfolio valued at 20 million, demonstrating exceptional project management, legal proficiency, and market knowledge. He is known for his commitment to excellence and successful outcomes for partners, making him a trusted and respected leader in the field. He spends his free time learning growing, playing with his two english bulldogs and followinf the wisdom of the Buddha.

Emir

Technical Director

Emir is an accomplished technical director with extensive experience and a strong passion for technology. With a background in software development and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, Emir possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to lead complex technical projects.
